FROZEN PUNCH 
4 (3 oz.) pkgs. fruit gelatin (these should be all orange, lemon or red)
4 c. boiling water
4 c. sugar
4 c. water
2 c. lemon juice
2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
2 qts. ginger ale
1 tsp. almond extract

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine sugar and water and boil. Add to gelatin mixture. When cool, add lemon juice, pineapple juice and almond extract. Freeze. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving. Put in punch bowl and add ginger ale. The frozen mixture may be made a month ahead of time. Freeze punch mixture in plastic cartons or bags.
