BREADED SHRIMP 
2 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, seasoned with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper

Beat the eggs well and add a little water. Flour shrimp. Then dip in egg and water. Then in bread crumbs. Deep-fry shrimp in hot oil about 375°F. Put on paper towels. Eat with cocktail sauce.

Would this also work with cooked, uncoated shrimp found in the stores? And I imagine shrimp breaded as you describe could also be baked in an oven... say at 450°F for 14 minutes, turning halfway through?
