BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ranch steak or round steak
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped onion
8 oz. can mushrooms
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's beef broth
2 tbsp. sour cream
Noodles or rice

Cut steak into bite-sized cubes or strips. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coat with flour.

Saute onion in butter in a 10-inch skillet. Add seasoned and floured meat and brown. Add broth and canned mushrooms. Simmer for 45 minutes. The broth will thicken. Add sour cream and allow to heat through but do not boil. Serve over noodles or rice. Make it complete with a tossed green salad.
