CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. white sugar
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate (or 1 packet choc-o-bake)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Whipped cream
Baked pie shell

Cream butter and sugar well. Melt 1 square chocolate, add to sugar mixture. Add vanilla and 1 egg. Beat whole mixture 3 minutes with mixer on high (do not underbeat). Add 1 more egg and beat 3 minutes more. Put in baked pie shell (cooled). Refrigerate and top with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
