SCOUT CAMP DEER CHILI 
1 tbsp. shortening
2 sm. onions
2 1/2 lb. deer burger
1 (16 oz.) can dark kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can light kidney beans
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can green beans, Del Monte
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans original style stewed tomatoes
1 (1 1 1/4 oz.) pkg. McCormick's hot chili seasoning
Optional: Tabasco sauce, jalapeno peppers, corn, wood ashes, etc.

Melt shortening in #12 Dutch oven. Dice onions. Brown deer and onion together then add all other ingredients along with jalapeno peppers and any other optional ingredients. Let simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve with grilled cheese sandwich and tums.
