10 oz. frozen spinach cooked
10 strips lasagna noodles cooked
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese
1 egg beaten
Garlic powder
Pepper
Butter

In a bowl, mix spinach, egg, cottage cheese, garlic powder (to taste), pepper and 1/2 the Monetary jack cheese/ Place 2 cooked lasagna noodles in a greased casserole. Add 1/4 of the spinach mixture and top with some more jack cheese. Repeat until done. Top with remainder of the jack cheese. Cover and bake 45 minutes; uncover for the last 15 minutes.
