SUKIAKI 
1 lb. thinly sliced round or chuck stead (trim of fat)
Sliced onion, sliced green pepper, chunked celery
1 can Campbell's Consume'
1 can water
1 can bean sprouts
1 can sliced water chestnuts (or whatever Chinese vegetables you prefer)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. corn starch

Combine and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over rice. Very good made the night before and served after work, etc.
