FISH FILLET WITH OREGANO | |
1 lb. fillet fish (or four pieces) sole or flounder 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tbsp. black pepper 1 tbsp. oregano Parsley Wash fish and place in a baking dish. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add pepper and oregano to the butter and stir. Pour butter over both sides of fish. Sprinkle top of fish with parsley. Broil approximately 7 minutes. Serve immediately with rice or vegetables. Preparation time: 10 minutes. |
