APRICOT CHICKEN 
6-8 pieces chicken, skinned
12 oz. Smuckers apricot preserves
1 env. onion soup mix
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) Wishbone Russian dressing

Mix sauce ingredients together. Put a little sauce in bottom of roaster. Place chicken in roaster and top with remaining sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, turning chicken once or twice.
