TART ORANGE GELATIN 
1 (6 oz.) box orange gelatin
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple in own juice, drained

Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add orange juice concentrate, stirring to blend. Add oranges and pineapple; mix well. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
