3-4 lbs. beef cubes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can onion soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/3 c. sherry

Place beef cubes in a 13"x9" pan. Combine other ingredients and pour over beef. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. Serve over rice. 6 servings.
