PICKLED OKRA 
3 lb. okra
3 c. water
3 c. white vinegar
8 tbsp. salt
12 heads dill
1 clove garlic (for each jar)

Bring water to boil. Add salt and vinegar until salt is dissolved. Fill jars with okra; pour water mixture over okra. Add 1 dill head and 1 clove of garlic to each jar. Seal.
