SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3 eggs, beat good
1 1/2 c. rich milk (canned)
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. sugar
1 c. flour (approx.)

Blend eggs, milk, salt and sugar. Add flour to make it the consistency of a milk shake (about 1 cup).

Use a hot fry pan, grease pan lightly with butter (do this before each pancake). Place 1/2 cup of batter in middle of fry pan, swirl around to cover bottom of pan. Brown lightly. Turn and brown the other side.
