VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 lbs. stew meat or ribs of beef
1 c. diced carrots
2 c. cut green beans
2 c. corn (fresh or frozen)
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 c. chopped spinach (frozen)
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. lima beans
2 c. diced potatoes
2 lg. cans diced tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook the meat in water to cover until it is half done. Add the vegetables and simmer until done.
