1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
Peanut butter

Beat egg white until stiff. Sift sugar. Add egg to sugar. Roll out sugar dough on waxed paper. Spread peanut butter on dough. Roll dough into roll. Refrigerate until stiff enough to cut.
