SHRIMP BUTTER 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 cans sm. shrimp, drained
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. minced onion
Dash of garlic

Mix at least 8 hours ahead of time to blend flavors. Mold if desired. Cover mold with saran wrap and refrigerate. Take out of refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving. Serve on crackers.
