COFFEE SOUFFLE | |
3 c. cold black coffee 1 1/3 c. sugar 6 eggs 2 tbsp. plain Knox gelatin (2 env.) 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Mix coffee, milk, half the sugar, and gelatin. Heat in double boiler. To remaining sugar, add salt, and slightly beaten egg yolks. Cook until mixture coats the spoon, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add egg whites which are beaten stiff and vanilla. Mold. Chill. |
