COLE SLAW WITH COTTAGE CHEESE
DRESSING
 
1/4 c. low-cal mayonnaise
1/4 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/2 individual pkg. Sugar Twin or 1 tsp. from box
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. caraway seed
1 tsp. celery seed or 1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 c. finely shredded cabbage

DRESSING: Combine all ingredients except cabbage, and refrigerate. Flavor is improved when thoroughly chilled. Shred cabbage as thin as possible and place in a lettuce-lined salad bowl. Pour dressing over, mix well, and serve.
