FRUIT TART 
1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
11 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. orange juice concentrate
Fresh fruit (bananas, Kiwis, blueberries, strawberries)
1/2 c. apple jelly

Press cookie dough on greased 14 inch pizza pan or 2 (8 inch) tart pans. Bake according to package directions. Cool. Beat cheese, sugar, and 2 tablespoon orange juice until fluffy. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit decoratively on crust. Melt jelly with 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate and brush over fruit to glaze. Chill. Cut in wedges to serve.
