LEMON DELIGHT 
CRUST - FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans (or peanuts if using chocolate pudding)

Work like pie crust. Press into dish on bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. Cool Whip (1 1/2 c. Cool Whip if using chocolate pudding)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (1/2 c. peanut butter if using chocolate pudding)
1 c. 10x sugar

Beat until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate.

THIRD LAYER:

2 (3 oz.) lemon instant pudding (or chocolate)
3 c. milk

Mix as directed on box. Spread on top of mixture. Refrigerate. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Put nuts on top.
