1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr Swiss vegetable mix
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Mix together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
