SALMON CAESAR 
6 oz. pkg. Caesar salad croutons
1 lb. can red salmon, flaked
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In a medium size bowl combine eggs, milk, and soup; mix thoroughly. Stir in croutons, salmon, green pepper, and onion. Pour mixture into a buttered 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is set. 8 servings.
