Potatoes 1 1/2 lb. chop meat 1 med. onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, crushed 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained 1 can cream corn, lg. Salt & pepper to taste Cook potatoes and mash. At same time cook chop meat until done, adding garlic, onion and mushrooms; drain. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Layer chop meat in oven proof casserole dish. Top with cream corn then cover with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
