OLIVE DIP 
1 can green chilis, chopped
2 cans chopped ripe olives
1 jar green salad olives
4 chopped green onions
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
4 tbsp. oil

Combine all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips.
