HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix in eggs and oil. Stir until moistened. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done. Beat frosting ingredients until light and fluffy. Spread onto cooled cake.
