PLUM CAKE 
2 c.flour (self rising)
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. chopped pecans
2 sm. cans baby food (plum with tapioca or prunes or apricots optional)

Cream Wesson oil and sugar together. Slowly add plums and mix in flour and eggs and cinnamon, cloves. Lastly, add pecans. Bake in greased pan 60 minutes at 350 degrees.

GLAZING:

1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar or brown sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 equivalent (lemon) juice

Place on warm cake.
