CREAM CHEESE MINTS 
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
Confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
1/4 tsp. wintergreen extract
Red food coloring (or color desired)
Granulated sugar

Mix cream cheese and confectioners' sugar by hand until smooth and doughy. Divide mixture in half, add extract; then food color a few drops at a time until desired color is reached. Pinch off small pieces of dough; roll into balls and dip into granulated sugar. Press into candy molds. Refrigerate, covered. Yield: about 7 dozen mints.
