RICE AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 c. reg. uncooked rice
3/4 can water
1 can French onion soup
1/2 c. butter
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, undrained

Put above ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish with lid. Do not stir. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Good for potlucks! Dish is always emptied!
