3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
chopped pecans

Whip together potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter. Pour in 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix together brown sugar, butter and flour. Spread over potato mixture; top with chopped pecans.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
