COFFEE CAKE 
PART I:

1 box Pillsbury apple spice cake mix
1 lg. instant pudding (vanilla or any other flavor) 5 1/2 oz.
1 sm. carton sour cream
1/3 c. oil
4 eggs
1 sm. apple, grated, or one small banana, mashed, or crushed drained pineapple or 2 handsful of raisins

PART II:

1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients in I well and set aside.

Grease tube pan well. Sprinkle bottom well with sugar mix (II). Put some sugar mix in batter, then pour batter into tube pan. Sprinkle rest of sugar mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until done.
