CHEESY VEGETABLE SOUP 
4 - 5 carrots
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 yellow onion
4 - 5 stalks celery
2 cans chicken broth
2 sticks butter
2 nips milk
1 c. flour
1/2 loaf lg. Velveeta cheese

Bring broth to boil. Add vegetables along with 1 stick of butter. Cook approximately 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix flour and milk together and add to vegetable mixture along with 1 stick of butter. At this time cut up cheese into chunks and add to vegetable mixture. Simmer low. Stir constantly; becomes very thick. To reheat, add milk.
