CORN ON THE COB 
4 ears fresh corn on the cob
Butter
Salt and pepper

Carefully peel husk back and break ear off end. Remove all silk. Place corn back in husk; spread with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bring husk up around ear. Lay on piece of foil made into a "boat" shape. Leave foil open. Place on grill beside chicken and apples about 20 minutes after they start cooking. Cook on low heat for 20 to 40 minutes, turning corn over in foil occasionally. Makes 4 servings, approximately 120 calories each.
