SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs
1/4 c. minced onion (or small amount onion flakes)
3 cans consomme
1 1/2 cans water
Cornstarch

Mix beef, bread crumbs, eggs and onion. Shape into small meatballs. Put meatballs in 2 (10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch) pans. Mix consomme and water; pour over meatballs. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. When cooked, take meatballs out of pans and put liquid in one pan. Heat liquid and thicken with cornstarch and water. When thickened, pour over meatballs.
