EASY ALL-PURPOSE WINE SAUCE 
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
Freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients. Marinate roasts 24 to 48 hours, steaks for 4 hours, poultry or salmon for 2 hours. Use remaining marinade to baste while cooking.
