1 pkg. (12 oz.) Gorton's Fishmarket Fresh frozen flounder fillets 2 tbsp. butter, softened 2 tsp. green onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. crumbled dried leaf sage 1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves 1/8 tsp. paprika 1 tbsp. snipped parsley Arrange frozen fillets on foil-covered rack of broiler pan. Mix butter, onion, sage and thyme; spread over fillets. Set oven control to broil and/or 550 degrees. Broil with tops 3 to 4 inches from heat, brushing occasionally with butter mixture, until fillets flake easily with fork, 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. 4 servings. |
