DEEP-DISH TACO SQUARES 
2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. cold water
1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Paprika

Combine biscuit mix and water. Stir with fork until blended. Press in bottom of greased 8x12x2 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 minutes.

Cook ground beef, pepper, onion, stirring to crumble. Drain well. Stir in tomato sauce. Spoon over crust.

Combine sour cream, cheese, mayonnaise. Spoon over meat mixture. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 25 minutes. Cut into squares.
