LEMON TORTE 
8 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
3 lemons
1 pkg. Knox gelatin, mix with little cold water

Add the egg yolks, sugar and lemons. Beat egg whites, add one cup sugar, fold into first mixture. Spread in between angel food cake. Slice angel food cake very thin, place in 9 x 14 inch pan with lemon mixture on each layer, end up with cake layer on top and spread with Cool Whip.
