VERMICELLI SALAD 
12 oz. vermicelli (pre-cut or broken)
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced bell pepper
1 c. sliced green olives (optional)
1 c. sliced black olives (optional)
4 tbsp. real mayonnaise
4 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. Accent flavoring
4 tbsp. cooking oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook vermicelli (do not use package directions). Add vermicelli to boiling water in a large saucepan. Bring to another boil and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse. Marinate vermicelli overnight in lemon juice, Accent, oil and salt and pepper.

The next day add chopped ingredients and mix well with mayonnaise.
