40 CLOVE GARLIC | |
3 lbs. chicken wings 1/4 c. olive oil 40 cloves garlic, peeled 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. rosemary 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 tbsp. Pernod Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place wings in single layer in large casserole dish (9 x 12 inch). Combine remaining ingredients and pour over wings, distributing garlic cloves. Cover and bake for at least 1 hour. Serve with crusty French bread dunk in oil-garlic mixture. Toss in a green salad. Then - invite me for dinner! |
