MARINATED ASPARAGUS 
2 lbs. fresh asparagus
1 green pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. paprika

Cook asparagus until tender crisp. Drain. Lay in shallow pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over asparagus. Chill at least 5 hours.
