MEAT AND VEGETABLE STIR FRY 
2 lbs. meat
2 tsp. oil
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 lb. broccoli, cut up
1 (15 oz.) can stir fry vegetables, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
6 oz. frozen pea pods, thawed
1 c. cashews, optional

Prepare sauce mixture in small bowl. Cut meat and broccoli into bite-size pieces. In preheated wok add oil, garlic, and meat. Stir fry until meat is tender.

Add sauce mixture; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients; cook until heated through and vegetables are tender. Serve with chow mein noodles or rice. Approximately 4-6 servings.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. creamy Italian dressing
3 tbsp. apricot preserves
3 tbsp. soy sauce
