DEEP DISH BISCUIT PIZZA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
6 oz. tomato paste
2 oz. can mushrooms, undrained
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can biscuits
1 tomato, sliced
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Press biscuits into 9 inch pie pan to form crust. Brown beef and onion until limp, drain. Stir in tomato paste, mushrooms and seasoning. Simmer. Spoon meat mixture in crust. Slice tomato over top. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
