DEEP - DISH BISCUIT PIZZA 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can mushrooms
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator biscuits (country style)

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese and spices. Simmer. Grease 9 inch pie pan. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. (I separate again into 20 biscuits.) Arrange 1/2 to 2/3 of biscuits in bottom of pan pressing together and up sides to form crust. Spoon hot meat mixture onto crust. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese and mushrooms over meat. Top with remaining biscuits. Put mozzarella cheese on top of all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
