SPICY PORK CHOPS 
4 med. pork chops
1 tsp. oil
1 1/2 c. fruit cocktail
3 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. orange juice

Brown chops in oil in a medium size skillet. Mix all ingredients and pour over pork chops. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
