3 pts. fresh strawberries, sliced 1 pkg. Duncan Hines strawberry cake mix Bake cake mix as directed on package. Bake in three layers. Cool. ICING: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened Cream with a 1 pound box of powdered sugar. Fold in 8 ounces whipped topping. To layer cake: Cover first layer with frosting and cover with sliced strawberries. Repeat layers twice. Refrigerate. Do not use frozen berries and do not sugar berries. | |
