1 (3 oz.) pkg. desired flavor gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. cheese, grated
1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. nuts, chopped

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add pineapple and cheese. Mix milk and mayonnaise until smooth. Add nuts and chill until firm. Makes 8 servings.
