ORANGE MOUSSE 
1 sm. pkg. orange jello
1 c. boiling water
6 ice cubes
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (strained)

Mix jello with one cup of boiling water. When dissolved, whisk in ice cubes. When thickened, add Cool Whip. Fold in oranges; refrigerate.
