1 bag (15 oz.) Doritos' (use 3/4 of bag)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
2 cans (10 oz. each) Rotel tomatoes
1 can evaporated milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded Colby or Co-Jack cheese

Layer Doritos in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with ground beef. In saucepan heat soups, tomatoes and milk until no longer lumpy. Pour over meat. Top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
