EGG ROLLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. chopped ginger root
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 lb. bean sprouts
1 pkg. string noodles
2 egg yolks
Soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. bell pepper

Mix all together in large bowl, then put on egg roll skin and roll up, using eggs to seal. Deep fry on low heat until golden brown.
