BUTTERMILK CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. butter extract
1 c. cold water
1/3 c. salad oil
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 beaten eggs

ICING:

1/2 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. buttermilk
Powdered sugar

Bring first four ingredients to a boil. In a large bowl mix flour, sugar and cocoa. Add hot mixture to sifted ingredients. Add buttermilk, soda, vanilla, and 2 eggs. Beat again. Bake in sheet pan 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Ice while still warm. Mix 1/2 stick butter, 4 tablespoon cocoa, 1/3 cup buttermilk. Add powdered sugar until thick.
